A roux of butter and flour combined with half and half and fresh grated parmesan. Toss in shrimp, diced potatoes, and corn. Celery salt, chili powder, red chili flakes, paprika, parsley and coriander. Added milk to thin the sauce. Voila!
Needed to use up some ingredients, so I made buttermilk raspberry walnut muffins with white and semisweet chocolate chips.
